Why so much hype?

This is a tender, generous movie that likes its characters and presents them as real people, full of flaws and strengths.

It's a movie as timely as it is provocative and amazingly, for much of its running time, it is weirdly funny.

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

Maybe if you are a typical Bollywood drama fan, it just might do the trick for you. But if you had watched Warriors (2011) already and liked it, don't even bother watching this. It'll only make you laugh and be irritated mostly. The epic end-fight begin to look like a soap opera scene after a few wild punches and a couple of gallons of tear drop water. The only good thing you might observe that, maybe because it's a licensed remake, it stayed close to the original story despite giving it a Bollywood bling make over! The depths of the characters are lost somewhere in the sea of tears. so, if you are up for a good action-drama, find something else to watch. P.S. Again, The review is not applicable for typical Bollywood fans who are not used to something called film appreciation.

When i heard brother will be directed by karan malhotra i was happy cause he did fine job in agneepath but same thing never happens all time . Warrior was a great film by story and acting, akshay did a fine job but sidhart loose the part front of tom hardy i know tom hardy nailed that part was expecting sidhart will do good but it's like i was watching Ek villain when i saw siddhart's acting in this film .the director only focused on the fight scene which was very good in this film but except akhsay and jackie all other character was not established well . what siddhart character do after the death of his mother nothing have shown here , whish was shown in warrior . One more thing if u have cried at the climax of warrior then you will be disappointed after watching this film climax .

Entire movie is copied from "Warriors" movie. These DIRECTORs, PRODUCERs Must have shame. If you are copping so much at least put the name on credit... No, they like to deceive Indian people, make money and don't care what the world will say of India...Guys just stop giving credit for these types of full copy movie in Bollywood. These people shows that they don't care about creativeness only lazy and care about coping, deceiving and making money.. For these people we Indian and the name of Bollywood goes down..I hated the movie from start to end. If you have also watched "Warriors" you will see how much the entire thing is copied. Just the difference you will actually find is TOO MUCH DRAMA .

I would have loved to give negative rating. I don't understand which kind of people have voted good for this movie. This is a nightmare movie which can only give you headache. Only show this movie to your enemies. This is the first review of mine, found a option to include spoiler..Let me tell, there is nothing called spoiler in this movie. The entire movie was a spoiler. Disgusting is the word which I would say.Waste story, waste acting. Someone said that second half is good, hence i waited like a fool for good part.Even if you subtract 2:25 mins from this movie. That 5 min is still intolerable. Nothing just nothing at all is good.Its one epic from bollywood like "Jhoom barabar jhoom, AAG " People should use this movie against criminals to torture them, nuffin more than that.
