It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

Okay. I'm new to this movie tonight, and I have to say- it's just great. If you're looking this movie up because you found it on a streaming site or somesuch, somehow, then watch it. I clicked on it because I like a small bit of familiarity in my seemingly random guesses. Mr Vaughan had been good to me in the past. Same for Chris Pratt. If you want a completely mindless comedy, there are other titles and actors that will suit your needs better. If you don't flinch at comedy with a teeny touch of drama, then this is close to the top of its game. Some reviews have bothered to comment on the fact that it's been remade by its director. Frankly, who cares? It really, honestly is a great movie. It's a great comedy about a lot of not necessarily funny things - among them honesty, responsibility and maturity, but largely about raising a family. If you can relate to any of these, then you'll almost certainly love this movie. If not, you'll probably still like it a lot, because it's a difficult job really well executed by director and cast. It's a great movie. Enjoy it!

I did not know that this was an American remake when I watched it. I have since found out that it is, and apparently it is much better. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, I don't know, I haven't seen it. I really did enjoy this film though. Colbie Smoulders is beautiful and her acting is good. Chris Pine was a scene stealer and Vince Vaugn was a great lead, he is charming and charismatic. The story is great, it is very original (I know it is a remake, you know what I mean) it has some funny moment, some sad moments, and a nice heartwarming ending. It is better than the current imdb score. This is a good film.

I though Delivery Man was a film about a pizza delivery guy! Nope, but this guy had many deliveries lol. I don't want to give anything away, especially to those who haven't read the summary or seen the trailer, but I'll say this... see it! Vince Vaughn is stellar in his role and he's both funny and heartwarming. He was meant to play this role. And his lawyer friend played by Chris Pratt was also cast perfectly. You have two funny guys in a film that has more substance than comedy, and in this case, it's a bonus, and thus a winner. It's a great story, written well and directed even better by Director Ken Scott. I really enjoyed this a lot more than I expected! It's an 8/10 from me

Delivery Man is a great movie with a well developed plot and a great comedic cast. In reading the plot summary and even watching a trailer you would perceive this as a typical Vince Vaughn comedy, but that really is not the case. It's set up is certainly humorous and there is plenty of hilarious moments, but it is actually a meaningful comedy drama as we follow Vaughn discovering he has fathered 533 children through sperm donation. He takes the opportunity to meet some of these kids and turn their lives around, it is heartfelt and we manage to gain a connection with various different characters, even if they are only there for two scenes. I do think that the 533 children set up was a little too much. I feel they should have given the character a much smaller number and have him gaining a connection with all of them, taking out the court side of the story and making it more personal. The performances are stellar, with the cast being well able for both comedic and dramatic scenes. Vaughn and Cobie Smulders are the highlight for me, their scenes together are very realistic, particularly towards the end of the movie. It manages to balance out comedy and drama surprisingly well for a set up like this, it is laugh out loud funny at times, as well as sincere other times. Funny and well acted, Delivery Man is worth the watch for anyone looking for a good comedy or drama. An underachiever discovers he has fathered 533 children. Best Performance: Vince Vaughn
