There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

MAY CONTAIN PLOT SPOILERS A viral epidemic hits Spokane. Anne Heche plays a CDC doctor doing an investigation when she gets a tip it is caused by a chemical E901 being placed in jet fuel. The excitement nearly rages as corporations and government want secrets kept.It is great that we are drawing attention to how we are killing ourselves and the planet with chemicals. I am not sure how a virus is a chemical and survives in burnt jet fuel. They were detecting a metal signature in patients, which could not be caused by a virus which can not manufacture metals. If the problem is metal toxins, then there is no vaccine for it, you must chelate. I know that much and I am not a doctor, but I used to play one as a child. They were using level A protective clothing to visit infected patients-good. But when they doffed the suits, they were not decontaminated first and they did so in a common area where unprotected people go and then left the suits just lie around. Can we get script writers smarter than a fifth grader? Guide: No swearing, sex, nudity, or common sense.

The problem with the complaints about this movie is they are all centered on making fun of conspiracy theories which is exactly what the corporations want you to believe. This is brought out effectively in the movie but the reviewers who want more sex and violence are not mature enough for this subject. Corporations who are obliged and required by their bylaws to make money don't want to kill you but collateral damage is to be expected. Haven't we learned from BP oil spills, made up wars for oil and Halliburton and the billions of lobbyist money that goes to buy Congressmen, judges and Presidents that there is more to this than you think. "Cuting corners with people's lives, how could you let that happen?" "Unbelievable." It is not your government that you should fear, but the people who make fun of Government by saying things like the nine scariest words in the English language are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help." Those people are bought off by the corporations. The government IS here to help but when Corporations infiltrate the government and prop up actors and buffoons to make you think everything is a big conspiracy, what they mean is its all a joke, nothing to see here move along. This is a great movie and they do even have a little romance for those who can only handle sex and violence.

I found the premise of this movie fascinating. "Chemtrails" are certainly an interesting phenomena! The white trails behind many planes these days seem to linger for many hours and unlike water vapors (contrails) they do not decapitate. It makes me think why there is so much resistance to a non-biased investigation on chemtrails and what they contain. It is also interesting how the mere interest/questioning of this phenomena is responded to with hostile name calling and ridicule. Many scientists disagree with the government/NASA attempt to explain Chemtrails. This movie provides a plausible theory on the "Aerosol operation" or "chemtrails".

Well, I guess that based on the script and the idea behind this celluloid junk this would be a better title for this movie.TS is living proof that people have run out of ideas ages ago. Basically, we have another movie about some government/big companies conspiracy to screw the lives of the poor citizens of USA. This time it is all about CHEMTRAILS which are made by airplanes spraying the skies with harmful chemicals, viruses and whatever... It is funny that with so many other sources for bad guys (terrorists, muslin fundamentalists, Ronald MacDonald, soccer hooligans, Paris Hilton, etc...) they still insist on these bad government/bad company type of villains. It is hard to believe that there are people that still fall for this kind of nonsense. On the other hand, we are reminded time and again of human stupidity, because, as we all know, humans believe anything and anyone.Regarding the technical merits of the film, there is nothing much to say. It is a pretty sub-par and mediocre way to waste a couple of hours. It is slow moving, boring, nothing interesting happens. Not even gratuitous scenes of sex, violence or an idiotic romantic subplot.I gave it two stars because it made me fall asleep, which was good.
