Based on the best selling book, Angels Don't Play This HAARP, narrator Dr. Nick Begich presents a compelling discussion of one of the important military advances of the United States Government. Such a frustrating disappointment
I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
