Good start, but then it gets ruined
A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.
It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
The things you sometimes see when you're around children. I'm sure one of the characters (well, the voice anyway) was ripping off Splinter from TMNT. I like puns, but this one brought out the ones that rolled my eyes so far, I don't need to check for brain tumours anymore. As an upcoming movie reviewer, I couldn't help but take notice of this...thing, which was playing in the background when I was doing something productive. Unfortunately, this thing I was doing had moments where waiting was involved. Otherwise, I would've missed the movie. I guess we all make sacrifices from time to time.I suppose it's good for young kids, but as for anyone older - bring a box of tissues. No, it's not a sad film, but it'll make you cry while thinking to yourself, "Why am I doing this to myself?"
